Deadlift strength building back FAST! Came in today just for them. Last session was 3 days ago, and was only comfortable with 140kg. Today finished comfortably on 4 sets of 3 with 200kg. This week is mega important I take lots of detailed notes on how things move & feel after a break, and how long it is before all 3 lifts peak. Taking my time on form, breathing etc as everything still feels a little wobbly. The big hope now is that my body will have rested and adapted to all those PRs I just got in 2016, and will be ready to crank it up to the next gear. I hope, yes, there is always that little panic you have when you think "maybe that was just all a fluke, and I'll never be that strong again" .
