Sujeto fue capturado en Armenia por el delito de violacin de datos personales: tena 40 tarjetas dbito
En el marco de las actividades de control e intervencin realizadas en el sector bancario del barrio Fundadores de Armenia, unidades del grupo de reaccin bancaria capturaron a un hombre de 49 aos de edad que portaba 40 tarjetas dbito de diferentes entidades crediticias.
El individuo fue sorprendido por personal de seguridad de una entidad financiera cuando intentaba hurtar a un ciudadano mediante la modalidad de cambiazo de tarjetas.
Al realizarle un registro, se le encontr una billetera que contena las 40 tarjetas dbito, por lo que fue capturado y puesto a disposicin de la Fiscala General de la Nacin.
El capturado, quien registra una docena de antecedentes por delitos como hurto a travs de medios informticos, hurto calificado, violacin de datos personales, abuso de confianza y hurto por mayor cuanta, fue imputado por el delito de violacin de datos personales y cobijado con medida de aseguramiento en centro carcelario.
