Case Study”: Deca-only cycles (deca durabolin or nandrolone) are getting attention in bodybuilding, and a new research article considers deca-only as “TRT.” Why? The idea is the androgenic side effects will be lower. I discuss these ideas and share an amazing case study of a man who used steroids for over 20 years, including deca only. He has the lowest total T I’ve ever seen, yet says he has a high libido and has very high free T. How can that be? I explain my theory in this video, but it’s still unclear.
