"Tabata Something Else" w/ Tabata Songs.
Tabata Something Else:
(From CrossFit HQ)
-Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest (16 minutes).
-1st 8 intervals are pull-ups
-2nd 8 are push-ups
-3rd 8 intervals are sit-ups
-4th 8 intervals are squats.
*There is no rest between movements
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.
