Building a strong back is one of the best things you can do for your body.
It can help you improve your posture, protect your shoulders from injury, help with neck pain, and build a V-tapered back.
However, many of us can be afraid of touching the barbell, while some of us are unable to a pull-up, which is one of the best back-building exercises.
The good news is, you can build serious back muscles with just a pair of dumbbells.
Dumbbells also have the added advantage of being easier on the joints as there is greater range of motion.
In this video, a bench is not even needed! Specially catered for those who want to work out at home.
These exercises targets your whole back, including your lower back, lats, rear delts, traps, and even your rotator cuff!
Pull Ups
4 x 5-8 reps
Deadlift
4 sets x 8-10 reps
Floor Pullover
3 sets x 10-12 reps
One Arm Row (Release)
3 sets x 8-12 reps
Seated Bend Over Raise
3 sets x 10-12 reps
W-raise
2 sets x 10-15 reps
