My advice? Do what you’re talented at, *so that* you can follow your passion.
For example, if you love baking, but are more talented at marketing - consider getting an in-house marketing job at a bakery company, and continue to bake whatever your heart desires on the weekends.
AND if you love baking, and are objectively good at it - aim for that goal of executive pastry chef! But be aware that your relationship with baking miiiiight change. (this is juuuuuust an example!)
