Beau Smith & Jamie Smith here! Today we have some at-home exercises to show you as well as some ways to make them a bit harder. You might be seeing a lot of home workouts being shared or you might be taking some fitness classes online, and we thought it might be helpful for you to see how to easily scale an exercise up or down based upon the movement.
Here are the five exercises we put together and the exercises on the right increase the difficulty level. Pick which one fits best for your skill level.
