Our video highlights a fun and engaging home workout led by my husband, with our child playfully joining in by sitting on his back during push-ups—adding not just extra weight, but extra laughter too! With me on the sidelines giving full support and encouragement, it becomes a bonding moment that keeps us all motivated.
To make it even more fun, our son does his own version of push-ups after, showing that healthy habits can start early when kids see their parents making fitness a priority. These little moments bring us closer and turn exercise into quality family time.
