1. Squats & Bicep - x 15 Reps
2. Lunges & Rows - x 8 Each Leg
3. Foot stomps - x 15 each Leg
4. Single rows & Double tricep extensions - x 8 Reps
Tips - This workout can be done with Dumbbells or two cans of food if you do not have THE HEALTHY MUMMY BAND. Be careful when using resistance, check your arm and leg alignment and go slowly to ensure you look after your joints.
