YOUTH LEADERSHIP SUMMIT
Asia-Pacific is facing connected challenges climate change and gender inequality. Women and girls are among the most affected, yet often have the least access to decision-making and resources to adapt.
That’s why the Youth Leadership Academy (YLA) for Gender and Climate Action was created, to strengthen young people’s leadership in driving inclusive, gender-responsive climate solutions.
Culminating in the Youth Leadership Summit (YLS) 2025 in Jakarta, this year-long journey brought together 40 Youth Ambassadors from India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines, showcasing youth-led innovations that prove:
Climate action = People action
Gender equality makes solutions stronger
