The praiseworthy benefits of the UFC can be summarized as glorying in the strength (Prov 20:29) and resilience of manhood as well as the goodness of combat training (which is virtuous when employed to protect self and others).
In addition to discussing the benefits, I also offer three critiques to the UFC.
