Mini DIY Class Series: Glow & Bright Moisturiser (Using SoapLab’s Base)
This week we’re doing skincare! Today’s DIY is a super easy one — a refreshing Glow & Bright Moisturiser made using SoapLab’s ready-to-use Brightening Moisturiser Base.
It’s lightweight, non-sticky, and perfect for daily use. We added soothing cucumber, carrot extract (for that natural glow), and a bit of tomato-inspired scent just to keep things fun!
Ingredients (makes 1kg Moisturiser):
1) 1kg SoapLab’s Brightening Moisturiser Base
2) 1g Fresh Tomato Fragrance Oil (Phthalate-Free)
3) 1g Chromium Green Mica
4) 2g Glycerin
5) 3g Cucumber Extract
6) 2g Carrot Extract
7) Rubbing Alcohol – to spray

Why I Used What I Used:
SoapLab’s Brightening Moisturiser Base – Already contains niacinamide & jojoba oil to help even out skin tone and keep skin soft.
Cucumber Extract – Calms and cools skin, especially if you’ve been under the sun.
Carrot Extract – Rich in beta-carotene, a favourite for natural skin glow.
Fresh Tomato Fragrance Oil – Fun, refreshing scent that makes it feel less boring.
Chromium Green Mica – Adds a nice tint, skin-safe and purely for visual effect.
Glycerin – Extra boost of hydration for all skin types.
