INGREDIENTS -
1 rosemary sprig
2 oz gin
8 oz tonic water
1/4 tsp edible white glitter (very much worth adding as it makes it took even more like a snowglobe)
Optional - lime juice or can use another sparkling soda such as Bubly or Poppi
DIRECTIONS -
1) Pick out your favorite freezer-safe tall glass for your holiday cocktail. Fill the bottom of the glass with water.
2) Place a rosemary sprig upside down in the middle of the glass. Tie the sprig with a bit of string and secure the string with a toothpick and tape at the top so it stays upright. You can use any household item that will help this stay in place while it freezes.
3) Freeze for 4 hours minimum. Your rosemary sprig should be standing upright in the glass.
4) Fill with your gin and tonic cocktail. For the full snow globe effect you need to ensure you’re using either tonic or club soda for the bubbles. The edible white glitter also enhances the snow globe effect and is worth including! Enjoy!
