The proprietor of Ptisserie du Soleil is Ala Nahal. When he approached his friend and associate, Courtney Murias on who she’d recommend to run a Poetry Reading Series in his establishment, she gave him my name. Thank You, so very much, Courtney.
7 months later, Posie la Ptisserie is going strong and after her second child in October, so is Courtney. Here is a special appearance that she made last night, not a full clip, but yeah... this is what she can do. In all of my career on the mic, she is the most powerful singer I’ve ever collaborated with.
