Gluten Free Sunflower Brownies
Ingredients
Hudson Valley Gluten Free Sunflower Brownie Mix
5 T melted butter
3 eggs
1/4 cup water
8” baking pan
Optional Toppings
Soft whipped cream
Mixed berries (strawberries and blueberries blend)
Hudson Valley Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Pour entire bag of mix into large bowl
Add 5 tablespoons of melted butter into large bowl with the mix
Add 3 eggs into large bowl with the mix
Add 1/4 cup water into large bowl with the mix
Mix all ingredients together, consistency should be a very thick batter
Grease an 8” baking pan
Add batter into greased pan
Bake for 30-35 minutes
Optional
Add soft whipped cream, mixed berries and Hudson Valley Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar for toppings
