Creamy Italian Pasta !

We're using our Ninja Speedi to make this amazing Cream Italian Pasta dish. This is a great weeknight dinner, it can be thrown together in about 20 minutes and you'll be eating some amazing pasta.

Ingredients:
-8 oz pasta.
-1 lb Italian sausage.
-17 oz jar of marinara sauce. 18oz jar will work too.
-15 oz ricotta cheese.
-1 tablespoon olive oil.
-1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.
-4 oz butter.
-1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning.
-2 to 2 1/2 cups of water.
-1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional).
Prep:
-Use the sear/saute mode to brown the sausage through.
-End the sear/saute mode, flip up the cooking lever to Rapid Cook.
-Add the pasta, water, marinara and seasoning to the Speedi pan.
-Select the Speedi Meals mode, turn the temp to 350F and time to 15 minutes, close the lid and hit start.
-Stir the contents about half way through the 15 minutes.
-Once the 15 minutes is done, open the lid and add the butter, ricotta and parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly.
-Serve and enjoy!
