140kg for 2, after 3 sets of 10 x 100kg haha My legs were absolute jelly after this.
However I tried with flat shoes instead of socks and it felt good (no rolling of ankles) 30kgs off my pb, but I was working on form and pushing lots of lighter reps out today
Its hard getting a good vid when you train on your own, but I tried. Mostly wanted to see if I was rounding my lower back, all looks good.
Need to work on my grip strength! It will come haha Aparently chalk is the go. Gonna have to test that theory.
