Her sister Krista is in the first clip trying out Olympic Weightlifting for the first time and picking up the technique quickly. Being involved in Dance for many years definitely helps!!! We have some top female lifters who were involved in Dance. I told Krista that she is now committed to compete at Ogopogo . Now we just have to convince Mom so all 3 Shepard ladies compete together in 2020. Second clip is Kayla doing a very nice and easy 75kg C&J. She has qualified to compete at 2020 Nationals taking place in Kelowna in May.
