3. I wanted a team and company that was using Attraction marketing; using social media correctly.
4. It had to fit my gut and heart and instinct to match my personality and style.
5. The compensation plan had to be fair. (for both sides of "us" customer sales and recruiters). & No uneven legs so you don't get paid!
6. The company had to be on the cutting edge of using todays online technology.
7. Rewards, Yes we want MORE of those!
8. I wanted to be able to OFFER Girls My Own Personal Bonuses .. and I DO!!
