High Protein Gluten Free Chicken Parm

Ingredients:
1 pound Trifecta Chicken Breast
cup arrowroot powder or cornstarch
cup egg whites
Crust Mix:
1 cup corn flakes, processed
cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
teaspoon salt
teaspoon black pepper
1 cup marinara sauce
cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
Spray oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat your air-fryer oven to 375F.
2. In three shallow bowls, place the arrowroot powder in one bowl, the egg whites in another, and the processed corn flakes, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in the third.
3. Dip the Trifecta chicken breasts in the arrowroot, then the eggs, and then the bread crumb mixture, coating each side well.
4. Transfer the chicken breasts to the preheated air-fryer and cook until warmed through and crispy brown, for 5 minutes.
5. In the same air-fryer, carefully pour cup of marinara sauce over the top of each chicken breast and sprinkle 2 tablespoons or cup mozzarella cheese on top.
6. Return chicken into the air-fryer and cook for another 3-5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
7. Serve the Chicken Parmesan hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh basil if desired.
