I had 1 hour to feast on three different 900g (~2lbs) Mexican tacos, each made with two giant tortillas held together by Queso Chihuahua. One had marinated pork, and the 2nd had juicy chicken!! Taco was a Baja Shrimp Taco with both fried and grilled pieces of shrimp in a delicious Baja Sauce with a kimchi slaw. I was trying to become the first champion to win my $90 meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on their Wall of Fame!! Thanks everyone for watching!!
