On 25 October 2025, KPMG in Cambodia proudly hosted the second IT's Her Future – Girl in STEM Design Thinking workshop in collaboration with Tech for Kids Academy. This initiative is part of KPMG's global 10by30 Strategy, which aims to empower 10 million disadvantaged young people by 2030, and we are honored to be contributing to that mission here in Cambodia.
Forty bright young minds joined us for a day of creativity, collaboration, and innovation. The students shared that the workshop was not just about theory; it was also hands-on, fun, and full of new ideas. Through Micro: bit coding and Design Thinking principles, they learned to solve problems, think creatively, communicate effectively, and lead with confidence.
The energy in the room was truly inspiring. The workshop sparked confidence, creativity, and teamwork, perfectly reflecting our Values of and . The impact of this experience will continue to ripple through the lives of these future changemakers.
